ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِۗ وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ حَدِيثًا 87
۞ فَمَا لَكُمْ فِى ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ فِئَتَيْنِ وَٱللَّهُ أَرْكَسَهُم بِمَا كَسَبُوٓاْۚ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَهْدُواْ مَنْ أَضَلَّ ٱللَّهُۖ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ سَبِيلاً 88
وَدُّواْ لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُواْ فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَآءًۖ فَلَا تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ حَتَّىٰ يُهَاجِرُواْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَٱقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمْۖ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنْهُمْ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا 89
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ إِلَىٰ قَوْمِۭ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُم مِّيثَـٰقٌ أَوْ جَآءُوكُمْ حَصِرَتْ صُدُورُهُمْ أَن يُقَـٰتِلُوكُمْ أَوْ يُقَـٰتِلُواْ قَوْمَهُمْۚ وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَسَلَّطَهُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ فَلَقَـٰتَلُوكُمْۚ فَإِنِ ٱعْتَزَلُوكُمْ فَلَمْ يُقَـٰتِلُوكُمْ وَأَلْقَوْاْ إِلَيْكُمُ ٱلسَّلَمَ فَمَا جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سَبِيلاً 90
سَتَجِدُونَ ءَاخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَأْمَنُوكُمْ وَيَأْمَنُواْ قَوْمَهُمْ كُلَّ مَا رُدُّوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلْفِتْنَةِ أُرْكِسُواْ فِيهَاۚ فَإِن لَّمْ يَعْتَزِلُوكُمْ وَيُلْقُوٓاْ إِلَيْكُمُ ٱلسَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّوٓاْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَٱقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْۚ وَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكُمْ جَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَـٰنًا مُّبِينًا 91
ٱللَّهُal-lahuAllah لَآlā(there is) noإِلَـٰهَilāhagodإِلَّاillāexceptهُوَ ۚhuwaHimلَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْlayajmaʿannakumsurely He will gather youإِلَىٰilātoيَوْمِyawmi(the) Dayٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِl-qiyāmati(of) Resurrection لَاlānoرَيْبَraybadoubtفِيهِ ۗfīhiabout itوَمَنْwamanAnd whoأَصْدَقُaṣdaqu(is) more truthfulمِنَminathanٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahحَدِيثًۭاḥadīthan(in) statement
4:87
۞ فَمَاfamāSo whatلَكُمْlakum(is the matter) with youفِىfīconcerningٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَl-munāfiqīnathe hypocrites (that)فِئَتَيْنِfi-atayni(you have become) two partiesوَٱللَّهُwal-lahuWhile Allahأَرْكَسَهُمarkasahumcast them backبِمَاbimāfor whatكَسَبُوٓا۟ ۚkasabūthey earnedأَتُرِيدُونَaturīdūnaDo you wishأَنanthatتَهْدُوا۟tahdūyou guideمَنْmanwhomأَضَلَّaḍallais let astrayٱللَّهُ ۖl-lahu(by) AllahوَمَنwamanAnd whoeverيُضْلِلِyuḍ'liliis let astrayٱللَّهُl-lahu(by) Allahفَلَنfalanthen neverتَجِدَtajidawill you findلَهُۥlahufor himسَبِيلًۭاsabīlana way
4:88
وَدُّوا۟waddūThey wishلَوْlawifتَكْفُرُونَtakfurūnayou disbelieveكَمَاkamāasكَفَرُوا۟kafarūthey disbelievedفَتَكُونُونَfatakūnūnaand you would beسَوَآءًۭ ۖsawāanalikeفَلَاfalāSo (do) notتَتَّخِذُوا۟tattakhidhūtakeمِنْهُمْmin'humfrom themأَوْلِيَآءَawliyāaalliesحَتَّىٰḥattāuntilيُهَاجِرُوا۟yuhājirūthey emigrateفِىfīinسَبِيلِsabīli(the) wayٱللَّهِ ۚl-lahi(of) Allahفَإِنfa-inBut ifتَوَلَّوْا۟tawallawthey turn backفَخُذُوهُمْfakhudhūhumseize themوَٱقْتُلُوهُمْwa-uq'tulūhumand kill themحَيْثُḥaythuwhereverوَجَدتُّمُوهُمْ ۖwajadttumūhumyou find themوَلَاwalāAnd (do) notتَتَّخِذُوا۟tattakhidhūtakeمِنْهُمْmin'humfrom themوَلِيًّۭاwaliyyanany allyوَلَاwalāand notنَصِيرًاnaṣīranany helper
4:89
إِلَّاillāExceptٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoيَصِلُونَyaṣilūnajoinإِلَىٰilā[to]قَوْمٍۭqawmina groupبَيْنَكُمْbaynakumbetween youوَبَيْنَهُمwabaynahumand between themمِّيثَـٰقٌmīthāqun(is) a treatyأَوْaworجَآءُوكُمْjāūkumthose who come to youحَصِرَتْḥaṣiratrestrainingصُدُورُهُمْṣudūruhumtheir heartsأَنanthatيُقَـٰتِلُوكُمْyuqātilūkumthey fight youأَوْaworيُقَـٰتِلُوا۟yuqātilūthey fightقَوْمَهُمْ ۚqawmahumtheir peopleوَلَوْwalawAnd ifشَآءَshāa(had) willedٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahلَسَلَّطَهُمْlasallaṭahumsurely He (would have) given them powerعَلَيْكُمْʿalaykumover youفَلَقَـٰتَلُوكُمْ ۚfalaqātalūkumand surely they (would have) fought youفَإِنِfa-iniSo ifٱعْتَزَلُوكُمْiʿ'tazalūkumthey withdraw from youفَلَمْfalamand (do) notيُقَـٰتِلُوكُمْyuqātilūkumfight against youوَأَلْقَوْا۟wa-alqawand offerإِلَيْكُمُilaykumuto youٱلسَّلَمَl-salama[the] peaceفَمَاfamāthen notجَعَلَjaʿala(has) madeٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahلَكُمْlakumfor youعَلَيْهِمْʿalayhimagainst themسَبِيلًۭاsabīlana way
4:90
سَتَجِدُونَsatajidūnaYou will findءَاخَرِينَākharīnaothersيُرِيدُونَyurīdūnawishingأَنanthatيَأْمَنُوكُمْyamanūkumthey be secure from youوَيَأْمَنُوا۟wayamanūand they be secure fromقَوْمَهُمْqawmahumtheir peopleكُلَّkullaEverytimeمَاmāthatرُدُّوٓا۟ruddūthey are returnedإِلَىilātoٱلْفِتْنَةِl-fit'natithe temptationأُرْكِسُوا۟ur'kisūthey are plungedفِيهَا ۚfīhāinto itفَإِنfa-inSo ifلَّمْlamnotيَعْتَزِلُوكُمْyaʿtazilūkumthey withdraw from youوَيُلْقُوٓا۟wayul'qūand offerإِلَيْكُمُilaykumuto youٱلسَّلَمَl-salama[the] peaceوَيَكُفُّوٓا۟wayakuffūand they restrainأَيْدِيَهُمْaydiyahumtheir handsفَخُذُوهُمْfakhudhūhumthen seize themوَٱقْتُلُوهُمْwa-uq'tulūhumand kill themحَيْثُḥaythuwhereverثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ ۚthaqif'tumūhumyou find themوَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكُمْwa-ulāikumAnd those جَعَلْنَاjaʿalnāWe madeلَكُمْlakumfor youعَلَيْهِمْʿalayhimagainst themسُلْطَـٰنًۭاsul'ṭānanan authorityمُّبِينًۭاmubīnanclear
4:91
