۞ وَلَوْ أَنَّنَا نَزَّلْنَآ إِلَيْهِمُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَحَشَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ قُبُلاً مَّا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُوٓاْ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُونَ 111
وَكَذَٲلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِىٍّ عَدُوًّا شَيَـٰطِينَ ٱلْإِنسِ وَٱلْجِنِّ يُوحِى بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ زُخْرُفَ ٱلْقَوْلِ غُرُورًاۚ وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُۖ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ 112
وَلِتَصْغَىٰٓ إِلَيْهِ أَفْــِٔدَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْأَخِرَةِ وَلِيَرْضَوْهُ وَلِيَقْتَرِفُواْ مَا هُم مُّقْتَرِفُونَ 113
أَفَغَيْرَ ٱللَّهِ أَبْتَغِى حَكَمًا وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مُفَصَّلاًۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُۥ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِٱلْحَقِّۖ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمُمْتَرِينَ 114
وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلاًۚ لَّا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ 115
وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ 116
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مَن يَضِلُّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ 117
فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ ٱسْمُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُم بِـَٔـايَـٰتِهِۦ مُؤْمِنِينَ 118
۞ وَلَوْwalawAnd (even) ifأَنَّنَاannanā[that] We (had)نَزَّلْنَآnazzalnā[We] sent downإِلَيْهِمُilayhimuto themٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَl-malāikatathe Angelsوَكَلَّمَهُمُwakallamahumuand spoken to themٱلْمَوْتَىٰl-mawtāthe deadوَحَشَرْنَاwaḥasharnāand We gatheredعَلَيْهِمْʿalayhimbefore themكُلَّkullaeveryشَىْءٍۢshayinthingقُبُلًۭاqubulanface to faceمَّاmānotكَانُوا۟kānūthey wereلِيُؤْمِنُوٓا۟liyu'minūto believeإِلَّآillāunlessأَنan[that]يَشَآءَyashāawillsٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahوَلَـٰكِنَّwalākinnaButأَكْثَرَهُمْaktharahummost of themيَجْهَلُونَyajhalūna(are) ignorant
6:111
وَكَذَٰلِكَwakadhālikaAnd thusجَعَلْنَاjaʿalnāWe madeلِكُلِّlikullifor everyنَبِىٍّnabiyyinProphetعَدُوًّۭاʿaduwwanan enemy شَيَـٰطِينَshayāṭīnadevilsٱلْإِنسِl-insi(from) the mankindوَٱلْجِنِّwal-jiniand the jinnيُوحِىyūḥīinspiringبَعْضُهُمْbaʿḍuhumsome of themإِلَىٰilātoبَعْضٍۢbaʿḍinothersزُخْرُفَzukh'rufa(with) decorativeٱلْقَوْلِl-qawli[the] speechغُرُورًۭا ۚghurūran(in) deceptionوَلَوْwalawBut ifشَآءَshāa(had) willedرَبُّكَrabbukayour Lordمَاmānotفَعَلُوهُ ۖfaʿalūhuthey (would) have done itفَذَرْهُمْfadharhumso leave themوَمَاwamāand whatيَفْتَرُونَyaftarūnathey invent
6:112
وَلِتَصْغَىٰٓwalitaṣghāAnd so that inclineإِلَيْهِilayhito itأَفْـِٔدَةُafidatuheartsٱلَّذِينَalladhīna(of) those whoلَاlā(do) notيُؤْمِنُونَyu'minūnabelieveبِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِbil-ākhiratiin the Hereafterوَلِيَرْضَوْهُwaliyarḍawhuand so that they may be pleased with itوَلِيَقْتَرِفُوا۟waliyaqtarifūand so that they may commitمَاmāwhatهُمhumtheyمُّقْتَرِفُونَmuq'tarifūna(are) committing
6:113
أَفَغَيْرَafaghayraThen is (it) other thanٱللَّهِl-lahiAllahأَبْتَغِىabtaghīI seekحَكَمًۭاḥakaman(as) judgeوَهُوَwahuwawhile Heٱلَّذِىٓalladhī(is) the One Whoأَنزَلَanzalahas revealedإِلَيْكُمُilaykumuto youٱلْكِتَـٰبَl-kitābathe Bookمُفَصَّلًۭا ۚmufaṣṣalanexplained in detailوَٱلَّذِينَwa-alladhīnaAnd those (to) whomءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمُātaynāhumuWe gave themٱلْكِتَـٰبَl-kitābathe Bookيَعْلَمُونَyaʿlamūnathey knowأَنَّهُۥannahuthat itمُنَزَّلٌۭmunazzalun(is) sent downمِّنminfromرَّبِّكَrabbikayour Lordبِٱلْحَقِّ ۖbil-ḥaqiin truthفَلَاfalāso (do) notتَكُونَنَّtakūnannabeمِنَminaamongٱلْمُمْتَرِينَl-mum'tarīnathe ones who doubt
6:114
وَتَمَّتْwatammatAnd (has been) fulfilledكَلِمَتُkalimatu(the) wordرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lordصِدْقًۭاṣid'qan(in) truthوَعَدْلًۭا ۚwaʿadlanand justiceلَّاlāNoمُبَدِّلَmubaddilaone can changeلِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦ ۚlikalimātihiHis wordsوَهُوَwahuwaand Heٱلسَّمِيعُl-samīʿu(is) the All-Hearerٱلْعَلِيمُl-ʿalīmuthe All-Knower
6:115
وَإِنwa-inAnd ifتُطِعْtuṭiʿyou obeyأَكْثَرَaktharamostمَنmanofفِىfī(those) inٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍithe earthيُضِلُّوكَyuḍillūkathey will mislead youعَنʿanfromسَبِيلِsabīli(the) wayٱللَّهِ ۚl-lahi(of) AllahإِنinNotيَتَّبِعُونَyattabiʿūnathey followإِلَّاillāexceptٱلظَّنَّl-ẓana[the] assumptionوَإِنْwa-inand notهُمْhumthey (do)إِلَّاillāexceptيَخْرُصُونَyakhruṣūnaguess
6:116
إِنَّinnaIndeedرَبَّكَrabbakayour LordهُوَhuwaHeأَعْلَمُaʿlamuknows bestمَنmanwhoيَضِلُّyaḍillustraysعَنʿanfromسَبِيلِهِۦ ۖsabīlihiHis wayوَهُوَwahuwaand Heأَعْلَمُaʿlamu(is) most knowingبِٱلْمُهْتَدِينَbil-muh'tadīnaof the guided-ones
6:117
فَكُلُوا۟fakulūSo eatمِمَّاmimmāof whatذُكِرَdhukira(is) mentionedٱسْمُus'mu(the) nameٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) Allahعَلَيْهِʿalayhion itإِنinifكُنتُمkuntumyou areبِـَٔايَـٰتِهِۦbiāyātihiin His Verses مُؤْمِنِينَmu'minīnabelievers
6:118
