As-Sajda · Surah 32
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
الٓمٓ 1
تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ 2
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ ٱفْتَرَ>ٮٰهُۚ بَلْ هُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ أَتَـٰهُم مِّن نَّذِيرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ 3
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِۖ مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ 4
يُدَبِّرُ ٱلْأَمْرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥٓ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ 5
ذَٲلِكَ عَـٰلِمُ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 6
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقَهُۥۖ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِ مِن طِينٍ 7
ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَـٰلَةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ 8
ثُمَّ سَوَّٮٰهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِهِۦۖ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَٱلْأَبْصَـٰرَ وَٱلْأَفْــِٔدَةَۚ قَلِيلاً مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ 9
وَقَالُوٓاْ أَءِذَا ضَلَلْنَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَءِنَّا لَفِى خَلْقٍ جَدِيدِۭۚ بَلْ هُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمْ كَـٰفِرُونَ 10
۞ قُلْ يَتَوَفَّـٰكُم مَّلَكُ ٱلْمَوْتِ ٱلَّذِى وُكِّلَ بِكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ 11
الٓمٓalif-lam-meemAlif Lam Meem
32:1
تَنزِيلُtanzīlu(The) revelationٱلْكِتَـٰبِl-kitābi(of) the Bookلَاlā(there is) noرَيْبَraybadoubtفِيهِfīhiabout itمِنminfromرَّبِّrabbi(the) Lordٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَl-ʿālamīna(of) the worlds
32:2
أَمْamOrيَقُولُونَyaqūlūna(do) they sayٱفْتَرَىٰهُ ۚif'tarāhuHe invented itبَلْbalNayهُوَhuwaitٱلْحَقُّl-ḥaqu(is) the truthمِنminfromرَّبِّكَrabbikayour Lordلِتُنذِرَlitundhirathat you may warnقَوْمًۭاqawmana peopleمَّآmānotأَتَىٰهُمatāhumhas come to themمِّنminanyنَّذِيرٍۢnadhīrinwarnerمِّنminbefore youقَبْلِكَqablikabefore youلَعَلَّهُمْlaʿallahumso that they mayيَهْتَدُونَyahtadūnabe guided
32:3
ٱللَّهُal-lahuAllahٱلَّذِىalladhī(is) the One Whoخَلَقَkhalaqacreatedٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwātithe heavensوَٱلْأَرْضَwal-arḍaand the earthوَمَاwamāand whateverبَيْنَهُمَاbaynahumā(is) between themفِىfīinسِتَّةِsittatisixأَيَّامٍۢayyāminperiodsثُمَّthummaThenٱسْتَوَىٰis'tawāestablished Himselfعَلَىʿalāonٱلْعَرْشِ ۖl-ʿarshithe ThroneمَاmāNotلَكُمlakumfor youمِّنminbesides Himدُونِهِۦdūnihibesides Himمِنminanyوَلِىٍّۢwaliyyinprotectorوَلَاwalāand notشَفِيعٍ ۚshafīʿinany intercessorأَفَلَاafalāThen will notتَتَذَكَّرُونَtatadhakkarūnayou take heed
32:4
يُدَبِّرُyudabbiruHe regulatesٱلْأَمْرَl-amrathe affairمِنَminaofٱلسَّمَآءِl-samāithe heavenإِلَىilātoٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍithe earthثُمَّthummathenيَعْرُجُyaʿrujuit will ascendإِلَيْهِilayhito Himفِىfīinيَوْمٍۢyawmina Dayكَانَkāna(the) measure of which isمِقْدَارُهُۥٓmiq'dāruhu(the) measure of which isأَلْفَalfaa thousandسَنَةٍۢsanatinyearsمِّمَّاmimmāof whatتَعُدُّونَtaʿuddūnayou count
32:5
ذَٰلِكَdhālikaThatعَـٰلِمُʿālimu(is the) Knowerٱلْغَيْبِl-ghaybi(of) the hiddenوَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِwal-shahādatiand the witnessedٱلْعَزِيزُl-ʿazīzuthe All-Mightyٱلرَّحِيمُl-raḥīmuthe Most Merciful
32:6
ٱلَّذِىٓalladhīThe One Whoأَحْسَنَaḥsanamade goodكُلَّkullaeveryشَىْءٍshayinthingخَلَقَهُۥ ۖkhalaqahuHe createdوَبَدَأَwabada-aand He beganخَلْقَkhalqa(the) creationٱلْإِنسَـٰنِl-insāni(of) manمِنminfromطِينٍۢṭīninclay
32:7
ثُمَّthummaThenجَعَلَjaʿalaHe madeنَسْلَهُۥnaslahuhis progenyمِنminfromسُلَـٰلَةٍۢsulālatinan extractمِّنminofمَّآءٍۢmāinwaterمَّهِينٍۢmahīnindespised
32:8
ثُمَّthummaThenسَوَّىٰهُsawwāhuHe fashioned himوَنَفَخَwanafakhaand breathedفِيهِfīhiinto himمِنminfromرُّوحِهِۦ ۖrūḥihiHis spiritوَجَعَلَwajaʿalaand madeلَكُمُlakumufor youٱلسَّمْعَl-samʿathe hearingوَٱلْأَبْصَـٰرَwal-abṣāraand the sightوَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَ ۚwal-afidataand feelingsقَلِيلًۭاqalīlanlittleمَّاmā[what]تَشْكُرُونَtashkurūnathanks you give
32:9
وَقَالُوٓا۟waqālūAnd they sayأَءِذَاa-idhāIs (it) whenضَلَلْنَاḍalalnāwe are lostفِىfīinٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍithe earthأَءِنَّاa-innāwill weلَفِىlafīcertainly be inخَلْقٍۢkhalqina creationجَدِيدٍۭ ۚjadīdinnewبَلْbalNayهُمhumtheyبِلِقَآءِbiliqāiin (the) meetingرَبِّهِمْrabbihim(of) their Lordكَـٰفِرُونَkāfirūna(are) disbelievers
32:10
۞ قُلْqulSayيَتَوَفَّىٰكُمyatawaffākumWill take your soulمَّلَكُmalaku(the) Angelٱلْمَوْتِl-mawti(of) the deathٱلَّذِىalladhīthe one whoوُكِّلَwukkilahas been put in chargeبِكُمْbikumof youثُمَّthummaThenإِلَىٰilātoرَبِّكُمْrabbikumyour Lordتُرْجَعُونَtur'jaʿūnayou will be returned
32:11
