قُلْ هَلْ مِن شُرَكَآئِكُم مَّن يَبْدَؤُاْ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۚ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يَبْدَؤُاْ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤْفَكُونَ 34
قُلْ هَلْ مِن شُرَكَآئِكُم مَّن يَهْدِىٓ إِلَى ٱلْحَقِّۚ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يَهْدِى لِلْحَقِّۗ أَفَمَن يَهْدِىٓ إِلَى ٱلْحَقِّ أَحَقُّ أَن يُتَّبَعَ أَمَّن لَّا يَهِدِّىٓ إِلَّآ أَن يُهْدَىٰۖ فَمَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ 35
وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ إِلَّا ظَنًّاۚ إِنَّ ٱلظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِى مِنَ ٱلْحَقِّ شَيْــًٔاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمُۢ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ 36
وَمَا كَانَ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ أَن يُفْتَرَىٰ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَـٰكِن تَصْدِيقَ ٱلَّذِى بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ 37
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ ٱفْتَرَٮٰهُۖ قُلْ فَأْتُواْ بِسُورَةٍ مِّثْلِهِۦ وَٱدْعُواْ مَنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ 38
بَلْ كَذَّبُواْ بِمَا لَمْ يُحِيطُواْ بِعِلْمِهِۦ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِهِمْ تَأْوِيلُهُۥۚ كَذَٲلِكَ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْۖ فَٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ 39
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦ وَمِنْهُم مَّن لَّا يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦۚ وَرَبُّكَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ 40
وَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل لِّى عَمَلِى وَلَكُمْ عَمَلُكُمْۖ أَنتُم بَرِيٓــُٔونَ مِمَّآ أَعْمَلُ وَأَنَا۟ بَرِىٓءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ 41
وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُواْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ 42
قُلْqulSayهَلْhalIs (there)مِنminofشُرَكَآئِكُمshurakāikumyour partnersمَّنman(any) whoيَبْدَؤُا۟yabda-uoriginatesٱلْخَلْقَl-khalqathe creationثُمَّthummathenيُعِيدُهُۥ ۚyuʿīduhurepeats itقُلِquliSayٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahيَبْدَؤُا۟yabda-uoriginatesٱلْخَلْقَl-khalqathe creationثُمَّthummathenيُعِيدُهُۥ ۖyuʿīduhurepeats itفَأَنَّىٰfa-annāSo howتُؤْفَكُونَtu'fakūnayou are deluded
10:34
قُلْqulSayهَلْhalIs (there)مِنminofشُرَكَآئِكُمshurakāikumyour partnersمَّنman(any) whoيَهْدِىٓyahdīguidesإِلَىilātoٱلْحَقِّ ۚl-ḥaqithe truthقُلِquliSayٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahيَهْدِىyahdīguidesلِلْحَقِّ ۗlil'ḥaqqito the truthأَفَمَنafamanIs then (he) whoيَهْدِىٓyahdīguidesإِلَىilātoٱلْحَقِّl-ḥaqithe truthأَحَقُّaḥaqqumore worthyأَنanthatيُتَّبَعَyuttabaʿahe should be followedأَمَّنammanor (he) whoلَّاlā(does) notيَهِدِّىٓyahiddīguideإِلَّآillāunlessأَنan[that]يُهْدَىٰ ۖyuh'dāhe is guidedفَمَاfamāThen whatلَكُمْlakum(is) for youكَيْفَkayfahowتَحْكُمُونَtaḥkumūnayou judge
10:35
وَمَاwamāAnd notيَتَّبِعُyattabiʿufollowأَكْثَرُهُمْaktharuhummost of themإِلَّاillāexceptظَنًّا ۚẓannanassumptionإِنَّinnaIndeedٱلظَّنَّl-ẓanathe assumptionلَاlā(does) notيُغْنِىyugh'nīavailمِنَminaagainstٱلْحَقِّl-ḥaqithe truthشَيْـًٔا ۚshayananythingإِنَّinnaIndeedٱللَّهَl-lahaAllahعَلِيمٌۢʿalīmun(is) All-Knowerبِمَاbimāof whatيَفْعَلُونَyafʿalūnathey do
10:36
وَمَاwamāAnd notكَانَkānaisهَـٰذَاhādhāthisٱلْقُرْءَانُl-qur'ānuthe Quranأَنanthatيُفْتَرَىٰyuf'tarā(it could be) producedمِنminbyدُونِdūniother than Allahٱللَّهِl-lahiother than Allahوَلَـٰكِنwalākinbutتَصْدِيقَtaṣdīqa(it is) a confirmationٱلَّذِىalladhī(of that) whichبَيْنَbayna(was) before itيَدَيْهِyadayhi(was) before itوَتَفْصِيلَwatafṣīlaand a detailed explanationٱلْكِتَـٰبِl-kitābi(of) the Bookلَاlā(there is) noرَيْبَraybadoubtفِيهِfīhiin itمِنminfromرَّبِّrabbi(the) Lordٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَl-ʿālamīna(of) the worlds
10:37
أَمْamOrيَقُولُونَyaqūlūna(do) they sayٱفْتَرَىٰهُ ۖif'tarāhuHe has invented itقُلْqulSayفَأْتُوا۟fatūThen bringبِسُورَةٍۢbisūratina Surahمِّثْلِهِۦmith'lihilike itوَٱدْعُوا۟wa-id'ʿūand callمَنِmaniwhoeverٱسْتَطَعْتُمis'taṭaʿtumyou canمِّنminbesides Allahدُونِdūnibesides Allahٱللَّهِl-lahibesides Allahإِنinifكُنتُمْkuntumyou areصَـٰدِقِينَṣādiqīnatruthful
10:38
بَلْbalNayكَذَّبُوا۟kadhabūthey deniedبِمَاbimāwhatلَمْlamnotيُحِيطُوا۟yuḥīṭūthey could encompassبِعِلْمِهِۦbiʿil'mihi(of) its knowledgeوَلَمَّاwalammāand notيَأْتِهِمْyatihimhas come (to) themتَأْوِيلُهُۥ ۚtawīluhuits interpretationكَذَٰلِكَkadhālikaThusكَذَّبَkadhabadeniedٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathoseمِنminbefore themقَبْلِهِمْ ۖqablihimbefore themفَٱنظُرْfa-unẓurthen seeكَيْفَkayfahowكَانَkānawasعَـٰقِبَةُʿāqibatu(the) endٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَl-ẓālimīna(of) the wrongdoers
10:39
وَمِنْهُمwamin'humAnd of themمَّنman(is one) whoيُؤْمِنُyu'minubelievesبِهِۦbihiin itوَمِنْهُمwamin'humand of themمَّنman(is one) whoلَّاlā(does) notيُؤْمِنُyu'minubelieveبِهِۦ ۚbihiin itوَرَبُّكَwarabbukaAnd your Lordأَعْلَمُaʿlamu(is) All-Knowerبِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَbil-muf'sidīnaof the corrupters
10:40
وَإِنwa-inAnd ifكَذَّبُوكَkadhabūkathey deny youفَقُلfaqulthen sayلِّىlīFor meعَمَلِىʿamalī(are) my deedsوَلَكُمْwalakumand for youعَمَلُكُمْ ۖʿamalukum(are) your deedsأَنتُمantumYouبَرِيٓـُٔونَbarīūna(are) disassociatedمِمَّآmimmāfrom whatأَعْمَلُaʿmaluI doوَأَنَا۠wa-anāand I amبَرِىٓءٌۭbarīondisassociatedمِّمَّاmimmāfrom whatتَعْمَلُونَtaʿmalūnayou do
10:41
وَمِنْهُمwamin'humAnd among themمَّنman(are some) whoيَسْتَمِعُونَyastamiʿūnalistenإِلَيْكَ ۚilaykato youأَفَأَنتَafa-antaBut (can) youتُسْمِعُtus'miʿucause the deaf to hearٱلصُّمَّl-ṣumacause the deaf to hearوَلَوْwalaweven thoughكَانُوا۟kānūthey [were]لَاlā(do) notيَعْقِلُونَyaʿqilūnause reason
10:42
