وَنَادَىٰٓ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ أَصْحَـٰبَ ٱلنَّارِ أَن قَدْ وَجَدْنَا مَا وَعَدَنَا رَبُّنَا حَقًّا فَهَلْ وَجَدتُّم مَّا وَعَدَ رَبُّكُمْ حَقًّاۖ قَالُواْ نَعَمْۚ فَأَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنُۢ بَيْنَهُمْ أَن لَّعْنَةُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَى ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ 44
ٱلَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَهُم بِٱلْأَخِرَةِ كَـٰفِرُونَ 45
وَبَيْنَهُمَا حِجَابٌۚ وَعَلَى ٱلْأَعْرَافِ رِجَالٌ يَعْرِفُونَ كُلاَّۢ بِسِيمَـٰهُمْۚ وَنَادَوْاْ أَصْحَـٰبَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ أَن سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَيْكُمْۚ لَمْ يَدْخُلُوهَا وَهُمْ يَطْمَعُونَ 46
۞ وَإِذَا صُرِفَتْ أَبْصَـٰرُهُمْ تِلْقَآءَ أَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلنَّارِ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ 47
وَنَادَىٰٓ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْأَعْرَافِ رِجَالاً يَعْرِفُونَهُم بِسِيمَـٰهُمْ قَالُواْ مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنكُمْ جَمْعُكُمْ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ 48
أَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ أَقْسَمْتُمْ لَا يَنَالُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِرَحْمَةٍۚ ٱدْخُلُواْ ٱلْجَنَّةَ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَآ أَنتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ 49
وَنَادَىٰٓ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ أَصْحَـٰبَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ أَنْ أَفِيضُواْ عَلَيْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمَآءِ أَوْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُۚ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ حَرَّمَهُمَا عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ 50
ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ دِينَهُمْ لَهْوًا وَلَعِبًا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٲةُ ٱلدُّنْيَاۚ فَٱلْيَوْمَ نَنسَـٰهُمْ كَمَا نَسُواْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِهِمْ هَـٰذَا وَمَا كَانُواْ بِـَٔـايَـٰتِنَا يَجْحَدُونَ 51
وَنَادَىٰٓwanādāAnd will call outأَصْحَـٰبُaṣḥābu(the) companionsٱلْجَنَّةِl-janati(of) Paradiseأَصْحَـٰبَaṣḥāba(to the) companionsٱلنَّارِl-nāri(of) the FireأَنanthatقَدْqadIndeedوَجَدْنَاwajadnāwe foundمَاmāwhatوَعَدَنَاwaʿadanā(had) promised usرَبُّنَاrabbunāour LordحَقًّۭاḥaqqantrueفَهَلْfahalSo haveوَجَدتُّمwajadttumyou foundمَّاmāwhatوَعَدَwaʿada(was) promisedرَبُّكُمْrabbukum(by) your Lordحَقًّۭا ۖḥaqqan(to be) trueقَالُوا۟qālūThey will sayنَعَمْ ۚnaʿamYesفَأَذَّنَfa-adhanaThen will announceمُؤَذِّنٌۢmu-adhinunan announcerبَيْنَهُمْbaynahumamong themأَنan[that]لَّعْنَةُlaʿnatu(The) curseٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) Allahعَلَىʿalā(is) onٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَl-ẓālimīnathe wrongdoers
7:44
ٱلَّذِينَalladhīnaThose whoيَصُدُّونَyaṣuddūnahinderعَنʿanfromسَبِيلِsabīli(the) wayٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) Allahوَيَبْغُونَهَاwayabghūnahāand seek in itعِوَجًۭاʿiwajancrookednessوَهُمwahumwhile they (are)بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِbil-ākhiraticoncerning the Hereafterكَـٰفِرُونَkāfirūnadisbelievers
7:45
وَبَيْنَهُمَاwabaynahumāAnd between themحِجَابٌۭ ۚḥijābun(will be) a partitionوَعَلَىwaʿalāand onٱلْأَعْرَافِl-aʿrāfithe heightsرِجَالٌۭrijālun(will be) menيَعْرِفُونَyaʿrifūnarecognizingكُلًّۢاkullanallبِسِيمَىٰهُمْ ۚbisīmāhumby their marksوَنَادَوْا۟wanādawAnd they will call outأَصْحَـٰبَaṣḥāba(to the) companionsٱلْجَنَّةِl-janati(of) ParadiseأَنanthatسَلَـٰمٌsalāmunPeaceعَلَيْكُمْ ۚʿalaykum(be) upon youلَمْlamNotيَدْخُلُوهَاyadkhulūhāthey have entered itوَهُمْwahumbut theyيَطْمَعُونَyaṭmaʿūnahope
7:46
۞ وَإِذَاwa-idhāAnd whenصُرِفَتْṣurifatare turnedأَبْصَـٰرُهُمْabṣāruhumtheir eyesتِلْقَآءَtil'qāatowardsأَصْحَـٰبِaṣḥābi(the) companionsٱلنَّارِl-nāri(of) the Fireقَالُوا۟qālūthey (will) sayرَبَّنَاrabbanāOur Lordلَاlā(Do) notتَجْعَلْنَاtajʿalnāplace usمَعَmaʿawithٱلْقَوْمِl-qawmithe people ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَl-ẓālimīnathe wrongdoers
7:47
وَنَادَىٰٓwanādāAnd (will) call outأَصْحَـٰبُaṣḥābu(the) companionsٱلْأَعْرَافِl-aʿrāfi(of) the heightsرِجَالًۭاrijālan(to) menيَعْرِفُونَهُمyaʿrifūnahumwhom they recognizeبِسِيمَىٰهُمْbisīmāhumby their marksقَالُوا۟qālūsayingمَآmāNotأَغْنَىٰaghnā(has) availedعَنكُمْʿankum[to] youجَمْعُكُمْjamʿukumyour gatheringوَمَاwamāand whatكُنتُمْkuntumyou wereتَسْتَكْبِرُونَtastakbirūnaarrogant (about)
7:48
أَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِahāulāiAre theseٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathe ones whomأَقْسَمْتُمْaqsamtumyou had swornلَاlā(that) notيَنَالُهُمُyanāluhumu(will) grant themٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahبِرَحْمَةٍ ۚbiraḥmatinMercyٱدْخُلُوا۟ud'khulūEnterٱلْجَنَّةَl-janataParadiseلَاlā(There will be) noخَوْفٌkhawfunfearعَلَيْكُمْʿalaykumupon youوَلَآwalāand notأَنتُمْantumyouتَحْزَنُونَtaḥzanūnawill grieve
7:49
وَنَادَىٰٓwanādāAnd (will) call outأَصْحَـٰبُaṣḥābu(the) companionsٱلنَّارِl-nāri(of) the Fireأَصْحَـٰبَaṣḥāba(to the) companionsٱلْجَنَّةِl-janati(of) Paradiseأَنْan[that]أَفِيضُوا۟afīḍūPourعَلَيْنَاʿalaynāupon usمِنَmina[of]ٱلْمَآءِl-māi(some) waterأَوْaworمِمَّاmimmāof whatرَزَقَكُمُrazaqakumu(has been) provided (to) youٱللَّهُ ۚl-lahu(by) Allahقَالُوٓا۟qālūThey (will) sayإِنَّinnaIndeedٱللَّهَl-lahaAllahحَرَّمَهُمَاḥarramahumāhas forbidden bothعَلَىʿalātoٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَl-kāfirīnathe disbelievers
7:50
ٱلَّذِينَalladhīnaThose whoٱتَّخَذُوا۟ittakhadhūtookدِينَهُمْdīnahumtheir religionلَهْوًۭاlahwan(as) an amusementوَلَعِبًۭاwalaʿibanand playوَغَرَّتْهُمُwagharrathumuand deluded themٱلْحَيَوٰةُl-ḥayatuthe lifeٱلدُّنْيَا ۚl-dun'yā(of) the worldفَٱلْيَوْمَfal-yawmaSo todayنَنسَىٰهُمْnansāhumWe forget themكَمَاkamāasنَسُوا۟nasūthey forgotلِقَآءَliqāa(the) meetingيَوْمِهِمْyawmihim(of) their dayهَـٰذَاhādhāthisوَمَاwamāand [what]كَانُوا۟kānū(as) they used toبِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاbiāyātināwith Our Versesيَجْحَدُونَyajḥadūnathey reject
7:51
