وَكَذَٲلِكَ فَتَنَّا بَعْضَهُم بِبَعْضٍ لِّيَقُولُوٓاْ أَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنۢ بَيْنِنَآۗ أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَ 53
وَإِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِـَٔـايَـٰتِنَا فَقُلْ سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَيْكُمْۖ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ ٱلرَّحْمَةَۖ أَنَّهُۥ مَنْ عَمِلَ مِنكُمْ سُوٓءَۢا بِجَهَـٰلَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَنَّهُۥ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ 54
وَكَذَٲلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلْأَيَـٰتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ 55
قُلْ إِنِّى نُهِيتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۚ قُل لَّآ أَتَّبِعُ أَهْوَآءَكُمْۙ قَدْ ضَلَلْتُ إِذًا وَمَآ أَنَا۟ مِنَ ٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ 56
قُلْ إِنِّى عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّى وَكَذَّبْتُم بِهِۦۚ مَا عِندِى مَا تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِهِۦٓۚ إِنِ ٱلْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِۖ يَقُصُّ ٱلْحَقَّۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ ٱلْفَـٰصِلِينَ 57
قُل لَّوْ أَنَّ عِندِى مَا تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِهِۦ لَقُضِىَ ٱلْأَمْرُ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْۗ وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ 58
۞ وَعِندَهُۥ مَفَاتِحُ ٱلْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَآ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِۚ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِن وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِى ظُلُمَـٰتِ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِى كِتَـٰبٍ مُّبِينٍ 59
وَكَذَٰلِكَwakadhālikaAnd thusفَتَنَّاfatannāWe tryبَعْضَهُمbaʿḍahumsome of themبِبَعْضٍۢbibaʿḍinwith othersلِّيَقُولُوٓا۟liyaqūlūthat they sayأَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِahāulāiAre theseمَنَّmanna(whom has been) favoredٱللَّهُl-lahu(by) Allahعَلَيْهِمʿalayhim[upon them]مِّنۢminfromبَيْنِنَآ ۗbaynināamong usأَلَيْسَalaysais notٱللَّهُl-lahuAllahبِأَعْلَمَbi-aʿlamamost knowingبِٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَbil-shākirīnaof those who are grateful
6:53
وَإِذَاwa-idhāAnd whenجَآءَكَjāakacome to youٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whoيُؤْمِنُونَyu'minūnabelieveبِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاbiāyātināin Our Versesفَقُلْfaqulthen sayسَلَـٰمٌsalāmunPeaceعَلَيْكُمْ ۖʿalaykum(be) upon youكَتَبَkataba(Has) Prescribedرَبُّكُمْrabbukumyour LordعَلَىٰʿalāuponنَفْسِهِnafsihiHimselfٱلرَّحْمَةَ ۖl-raḥmatathe Mercyأَنَّهُۥannahuthat heمَنْmanwhoعَمِلَʿamiladoesمِنكُمْminkumamong youسُوٓءًۢاsūanevilبِجَهَـٰلَةٍۢbijahālatinin ignoranceثُمَّthummathenتَابَtābarepentsمِنۢminfromبَعْدِهِۦbaʿdihiafter itوَأَصْلَحَwa-aṣlaḥaand reformsفَأَنَّهُۥfa-annahuthen, indeed Heغَفُورٌۭghafūrun(is) Oft-ForgivingرَّحِيمٌۭraḥīmunMost Merciful
6:54
وَكَذَٰلِكَwakadhālikaAnd thusنُفَصِّلُnufaṣṣiluWe explainٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِl-āyātithe Versesوَلِتَسْتَبِينَwalitastabīnaso that becomes manifestسَبِيلُsabīlu(the) wayٱلْمُجْرِمِينَl-muj'rimīna(of) the criminals
6:55
قُلْqulSayإِنِّىinnīIndeed Iنُهِيتُnuhītu[I] am forbiddenأَنْanthatأَعْبُدَaʿbudaI worshipٱلَّذِينَalladhīnathose whomتَدْعُونَtadʿūnayou callمِنminfromدُونِdūnibesidesٱللَّهِ ۚl-lahiAllahقُلqulSayلَّآlāNotأَتَّبِعُattabiʿuI followأَهْوَآءَكُمْ ۙahwāakumyour (vain) desiresقَدْqadcertainlyضَلَلْتُḍalaltuI would go astrayإِذًۭاidhanthenوَمَآwamāand notأَنَا۠anāI (would be)مِنَminafromٱلْمُهْتَدِينَl-muh'tadīnathe guided-ones
6:56
قُلْqulSayإِنِّىinnīIndeed, I (am)عَلَىٰʿalāonبَيِّنَةٍۢbayyinatinclear proofمِّنminfromرَّبِّىrabbīmy Lordوَكَذَّبْتُمwakadhabtumwhile you denyبِهِۦ ۚbihi[with] itمَاmāNotعِندِىʿindīI haveمَاmāwhatتَسْتَعْجِلُونَtastaʿjilūnayou seek to hastenبِهِۦٓ ۚbihiof itإِنِiniNotٱلْحُكْمُl-ḥuk'mu(is) the decisionإِلَّاillāexceptلِلَّهِ ۖlillahifor AllahيَقُصُّyaquṣṣuHe relatesٱلْحَقَّ ۖl-ḥaqathe truthوَهُوَwahuwaand Heخَيْرُkhayru(is the) bestٱلْفَـٰصِلِينَl-fāṣilīna(of) the Deciders
6:57
قُلqulSayلَّوْlawIfأَنَّannathatعِندِىʿindī(were) with meمَاmāwhatتَسْتَعْجِلُونَtastaʿjilūnayou seek to hastenبِهِۦbihiof itلَقُضِىَlaquḍiyasurely would have been decidedٱلْأَمْرُl-amruthe matterبَيْنِىbaynībetween meوَبَيْنَكُمْ ۗwabaynakumand between youوَٱللَّهُwal-lahuAnd Allahأَعْلَمُaʿlamu(is) most knowingبِٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَbil-ẓālimīnaof the wrongdoers
6:58
۞ وَعِندَهُۥwaʿindahuAnd with Himمَفَاتِحُmafātiḥu(are the) keysٱلْغَيْبِl-ghaybi(of) the unseenلَاlāno (one)يَعْلَمُهَآyaʿlamuhāknows themإِلَّاillāexceptهُوَ ۚhuwaHimوَيَعْلَمُwayaʿlamuAnd He knowsمَاmāwhatفِىfī(is) inٱلْبَرِّl-barithe landوَٱلْبَحْرِ ۚwal-baḥriand in the seaوَمَاwamāAnd notتَسْقُطُtasquṭufallsمِنminofوَرَقَةٍwaraqatinany leafإِلَّاillābutيَعْلَمُهَاyaʿlamuhāHe knows itوَلَاwalāAnd notحَبَّةٍۢḥabbatina grainفِىfīinظُلُمَـٰتِẓulumātithe darkness[es]ٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍi(of) the earthوَلَاwalāand notرَطْبٍۢraṭbinmoistوَلَاwalāand notيَابِسٍyābisindryإِلَّاillābutفِىfī(is) inكِتَـٰبٍۢkitābina RecordمُّبِينٍۢmubīninClear
6:59
