Welcome to the IlmPro support center. Find answers to common questions about using the app, troubleshooting audio playback, managing your library, and getting the most out of your Islamic knowledge journey.

  • Getting started with IlmPro

    Download IlmPro from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and create a free account. Once signed in, you can browse Quran recitations by renowned reciters, explore Islamic lectures from hundreds of scholars, and read classical Islamic texts — all in one app.

    Start by exploring the Discover tab to browse creators, albums, and topics. Use the search feature to find specific speakers, books, or topics. Add tracks to your favorites or create custom playlists for easy access later.

  • What devices and platforms are supported?
    • iPhone & iPad: Requires iOS 16.0 or later. Full support for background audio playback and CarPlay integration for listening while driving.

    • Android: Requires Android 8.0 or later. Works on phones and tablets with background audio and notification controls.

    • Offline mode: Download any track, album, or book for offline access. All downloaded content is stored locally on your device and available without internet.

    • CarPlay: Browse and play your library, favorites, and playlists directly from your car's CarPlay system.

  • How do I download content for offline listening?

    You can download individual tracks, entire albums, or books for offline access. On any track or album page, tap the download icon to save it to your device. Downloaded content appears in your Library tab under "Downloads."

    To manage storage, go to your Profile settings where you can see how much space offline content is using and remove downloads you no longer need. Downloads are stored on your device and will persist even if you close the app.

  • How do I use the book reader?

    IlmPro includes a built-in reader for classical Islamic texts. Browse available books in the Discover tab or search for specific titles. Once opened, you can navigate pages, add bookmarks, highlight text, and write notes.

    Your reading position is automatically saved, so you can pick up where you left off. All bookmarks, highlights, and notes sync across your devices when you're signed in.

  • What content is available on IlmPro?

    IlmPro provides a comprehensive Islamic knowledge library including:

    • Quran Recitations: Complete Quran recitations from renowned reciters including Mishary Rashid Alafasy, Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, and many more.

    • Islamic Lectures: Thousands of lectures from hundreds of scholars covering tafsir, hadith, fiqh, seerah, and contemporary topics in Arabic and English.

    • Islamic Books: Classical texts from scholars like Ibn Kathir, An-Nawawi, and others, with full-text reading, bookmarks, and annotations.

    New content is added regularly. If you'd like to request a specific speaker or text, contact us at support@ilmpro.com.

  • How do playlists and favorites work?
    • Favorites: Tap the heart icon on any track, album, or book to add it to your favorites. Access all favorites from the Library tab. You can also unlike items in bulk from the Library.

    • Playlists: Create custom playlists to organize tracks by topic, mood, or any criteria. Add tracks from any speaker or album into a single playlist. Reorder and manage playlists from the Library tab.

  • Does playback position sync across devices?

    Yes. When you're signed in, your playback position is automatically synced across all your devices. If you pause a lecture on your phone, you can resume from the exact same position on another device. This also applies to your reading position in books.

  • Is IlmPro available in Arabic and English?

    Yes, IlmPro is fully bilingual. The app interface is available in both Arabic and English, and you can switch between languages in your profile settings. Content is available in Arabic, English, and other languages depending on the speaker.

    You can filter speakers and content by language to find exactly what you're looking for. The app supports right-to-left (RTL) layout for Arabic users.

  • How do I use CarPlay with IlmPro?

    Connect your iPhone to a CarPlay-compatible vehicle. IlmPro will appear on your CarPlay dashboard. You can browse your library, favorites, recently played, and playlists directly from your car's screen. Playback controls (play, pause, skip, seek) work through CarPlay.

    For the best CarPlay experience, download content for offline listening before your drive so you don't depend on cellular data.

  • Audio not playing or buffering

    If audio is not playing or keeps buffering, try these steps:

    • Check your internet connection — switch between WiFi and cellular data to see if the issue persists.

    • Force close the app and reopen it.

    • Check that your device volume is turned up and not in silent mode.

    • Try downloading the track for offline playback to bypass streaming issues.

    • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

    If problems persist, contact our support team at support@ilmpro.com with your device model, OS version, and a description of the issue.

  • App crashes or won't open

    If the app crashes or won't open, try these steps: Force close the app and reopen it, restart your device, ensure you have the latest version installed, and check that your device has sufficient storage space. If problems persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your data is synced to your account).

    If you continue experiencing issues, contact our support team at support@ilmpro.com with details about your device model, operating system version, and what you were doing when the problem occurred.

  • Downloads not working or taking up too much space

    If downloads fail, ensure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient storage space on your device. Try downloading over WiFi instead of cellular data for larger albums.

    To manage storage, go to your Library > Downloads to see all offline content. You can remove individual tracks or entire albums to free up space. Go to Profile > Settings to see total download storage usage.

    • Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful for our team to diagnose and fix problems quickly. We appreciate your patience and value every report that helps us improve IlmPro.
