حمد بن سماعة الرملى ، أبو الأصبغ القرشى الأموى ، مولى سليمان بن عبد الملك بن مروان . # و ذكر أبو جعفر العقيلى أنه دمشقى ، و لعل أصله من دمشق و سكن الرملة . اهـ . # و قال المزى : # قال أبو عبيد الآجرى ، عن أبى داود : كان صاحب حديث ، كتبت عنه سنة ثلاثين و سألته عن حديث فقال : شغلنا القرآن عن الحديث . # و ذكره ابن حبان فى كتاب " الثقات " . # قال أبو القاسم : مات سنة ثمان و ثلاثين و مئتين و قد بلغ نيفا و ستين سنة . اهـ . # ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ ْ
