و مريم الحنفي القاضي اسمه إياس ابن ضبيح مقبول من الثانية ووهم من خلطه بالأول وقيل إن هذا الحنفي هو أبو مريم الكوفي لكن قال ابن ماكولا إنه غيره وإن اسمه عبد الله ابن سنان وهو مقبول من الثانية أيضا تمييز
