رَوَى عَن: داود بن أبي هند، وسعيد الجريري (سي) ، وسليمان التيمي.
رَوَى عَنه: إبراهيم بن الحسن بن نجيح العلاف، وعبد العزيز بن موسى اللاحوني (سي) ، ومحمد بن عبد الله الأنصاري، ومعتمر بن سليمان وهو من أقرانه.
ذكره ابن حبان في كتاب "الثقات" (٤) .
روى له النسائي في "اليوم والليلة" حديثا واحدا قد ذكرناه في ترجمة عبد العزيز بن موسى.
