رَوَى عَن: أبي عثمان النهدي (عس) ، وعن أبيه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
رَوَى عَنه: الحسن بن أبي جعفر الجفري، وحماد بن زيد، وأبو خلدة خالد بن دينار، وديلم بن غزوان، والفضل بن عميرة الطفاوي، (عس) ومالك بن دينار.
قال عثمان بن سعيد الدارمي (٤) ، عن يحيى بن معين: ليس به بأس.
وقال أبو بكر بن أبي خيثمة (٥) ، عن يحيى بن معين: صالح (٦) .
