رَوَى عَن: حذيفة بن اليمان، وصلة بن زفر العبسي (م ٤) ، وعبد الله بن مسعود (سي) ، ومعقل بن عامر (٣) الأسدي.
رَوَى عَنه: سعد بن عبيدة (م ٤) ، وسلمة بن كهيل، وعلقمة بن مرثد (سي) ، وأبو حصين الأسدي.
قال علي بن المديني (٤) : ثقة.
وذكره ابن حبان في كتاب "الثقات (٥) .
