[تهذيب الكمال #5526]
رَوَى عَن: النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم (س) .
رَوَى عَنه: جبير بن نفير الحضرمي (٢) (س) .
روى له النسائي حديث: "ما في الناس من نفس مسلمة يقبضها ربها تحب أن ترجع إليكم ... "وقال (٣) عن ابن أبي عميرة. ولم يسمه.
وقد روى عنه جبير بن نفير حديثا آخر سماه فيه محمدا وهو قوله: "يؤتى بأهل البلاء يوم القيامة فلا ينصب لهم ميزان ... "الحديث.
وأما أخوه عبد الرحمن بن أبي عميرة فيروى عنه ربيعة بن يزيد، والقاسم أبو عبد الرحمن، والله أعلم.
