يف بالضاد المعجمة مصغر ويقال بالطاء [المهملة] ابن الحارث السكوني ويقال الثمالي يكنى أبا أسماء حمصي مختلف في صحبته قال ابن حبان من قال الحارث ابن غطيف وهم ومنهم من فرق بين غضيف ابن الحارث فأثبت صحبته وغطيف ابن الحارث فقال إنه تابعي وهو أشبه مات صاحب الترجمة سنة بضع وستين د س ق ولهم
