رَوَى عَن: سلمان بن ربيعة الباهلي، وعبد الله بن مسعود (بخ) ، وعلي بن أبي طالب، وأبي موسى الأشعري.
رَوَى عَنه: عامر الشعبي، وابنه يحيى بن عمرو بن سلمة، ويزيد بن أبي زياد (بخ) .
وقال عبد الرحمن بن أبي حاتم (٣) ، عن أبيه: أخطأ البخاري في عمرو بن سلمة حيث جمع بينهما، هذا جرمي وذاك همداني.
