رَوَى عَن: عبد الرحيم بن سليمان (س) ، والمعافى بن عمران الموصلي.
رَوَى عَنه: النسائي، وعبد الله بن محمد بن ناجية.
قال ابن حبان في كتاب "الثقات" (٣) : علي بن الحسن بن سالم الأزدي، روى عن عبد الرحيم بن سليمان، روى عنه محمد بن عبد الله الحضرمي. فلا أدري هو هذا أو غيره (٤) .
