رَوَى عَنه: ابنه حرملة بن عبد العزيز بن الربيع بن سبرة، وزيد بن الحباب، وابنه سبرة بن عبد العزيز بن الربيع بن سبرة (د) ، وعبد الله بن وهب (د) ، وعثمان بن عبد الرحمن الطرائفي، ويحيى بن حسان التنيسي، ويحيى بن صالح الوحاظي، ويحيى بن يحيى النيسابوري (م) .
ذكره ابن حبان في كتاب "الثقات"، وقال (٤) :
