[تهذيب الكمال #2829]
رَوَى عَن: السميدع بن واهب (س) ، وعبد الرحمن بن عبد المؤمن الأزدي، وأبيه غدي بن أبي عمارة النميري، ومعتمر بن سليمان، ويزيد بن زريع.
رَوَى عَنه: النسائي، وأحمد بن حماد بن سفيان الكوفي، وأحمد بن محمد بن الحسن البغدادي، وعمر بن محمد بن بجير البجيري وكناه، وأبو حاتم محمد بن إدريس الرازي، ومحمد بن جرير الطبري، ويوسف بن موسى المروذي.
سمع منه أبو حاتم في الرحلة الثالثة وقال (٢) : صدوق.
وقال النسائي (٣) : صالح.
وقد كتبنا حديثه في ترجمة السميدع بن واهب.
