رَوَى عَن: صلة بن الحارث الغفاري - وله صحبة، وعقبة بن عامر الجهني، وعلي بن أبي طالب (د) ، وكعب الأحبار.
رَوَى عَنه: إبراهيم بن نشيط الوعلاني، وأسامة بن يساف الغفاري، والحجاج بن شداد الصنعاني (د) ، وعمار بن سعد المرادي السلهمي (د) .
ذكره ابن حبان في كتاب "الثقات" (٢) .
روى له أبو داود.
