ذكره ابن حبان في كتاب "الثقات"، وقال (٢) : قتل سنة إحدى أو اثنتين وثلاثين ومئة (٣) .
روى له أبو داود (٤) حديثا واحدا عن ابن ثوبان، عن أبي سعيد
