رَوَى عَنه: أبو جعفر عبد الله بن محمد النفيلي (د) وعمروبن خالد الحراني، ومحمد بن موسى بن أعين، والمعافى بن سليمان الرسعني (س) .
ومعلل بن نفيل الحراني.
