[تهذيب الكمال #741]
رَوَى عَن: ثابت البناني، وعبد الله بن عطاء المكي (س) ، ويزيد بن أبان الرقاشي.
رَوَى عَنه: حبان بن هلال، وحرمي بن عمارة، وعبد الصمد ابن عبد الوارث (س) ، وأبو عبيدة عبد الواحد بن واصل الحداد، وقال: كان ثقة، وأبو سلمة موسى بن إسماعيل، وقال: كان ثقة.
وقال أبو زرعة: شيخ، ليس بالقوي (٣) .
روى له النسائي حديثا واحدا. عن عبد الله بن عطاء، عن محمد بن علي: سألت عائشة: أكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يتطيب؟ قالت: نعم (٤) .
