touh is a Quran reciter from Saudi Arabia. He later moved to Egypt and also worked there.

He primarily recites in the Hafs ‘an Asim narration and is noted for his unique voice and distinct character in Tilawat (recitation) and Tajweed (pronunciation rules) of the Holy Quran. Digital Qur’anic archives feature numerous recordings of his recitations. His recitation is described as unique and outstanding.

Abdullah Salah Abou Al Fotouh showed a great passion for the Holy Quran from an early age, leading him to move between various Quran memorization schools where he demonstrated significant talent. He successfully completed his primary and college studies, eventually graduating with a degree in electrical engineering from Cairo University. He also obtained a certification in the Holy Quran under the supervision of Sheikh Fathi Othman.
