dim is born on July 26th, 1952, Alexandria, Heobtained his education from the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University.

He also studied in the Faculty of Sharia, at Al-Azhar University.

Al-Mokaddem established the Salafi School in Alexandria that included preachers including Ahmed Farid and Yasser Borhamy.

During college , Al-Mokaddem formed a group that endorsed a way of Ahl us Sunna wal Jama’a.
