عبد القادر بن أحمد بن عبد القادر بن الناصر، من سلالة الإمام المهدي أحمد بن يحيى: محدث مجتهد، من علماء الزيدية باليمن. مولده ووفاته بصنعاء. نشأ بكوكبان، وإليها نسبته، وتنقل في اليمن، وسافر إلى مكة والمدينة فأخذ عن علماء كل بلد. واستقر في كوكبان زمنا. وهو أستاذ الشوكاني، وقد بالغ في الثناء عليه. له كتب، منها «مسند» في أسماء شيوخه، و «شرح نزهة الطرف» للأخفش الصنعاني، و «فلك القاموس» مدخل له، و «حواش» على ضوء النهار، ورسالة في «تحقيق بعض العقاقير الطبية» وله نظم
